Our advice when buying from retail is to have your feet measured by an Altberg trained boot fitter.
|
|
Our advice when buying mail order is:
A. If you believe you have a medium/wide foot go up ½ size on normal shoe/boot size.
B. If you believe you have a narrow foot stay with your existing shoe/boot size.
|
|
Providing the boots supplied by mail order are returned to us in new condition, unworn, complete with packaging, we are happy to refund/credit or exchange (NB not including postage).

Care of the upper is of key importance in extending the life of the boot

Recommend - LederGris - it does NOT contain hydro carbon based solvents, but DOES contain BEESWAX and synthetic/vegetable oils
|
 Dry boots slowly - NEVER near heat or in direct sunlight
|
|
DON’T use Dubbins or bootcare products which contain hydro carbon based solvents
|
Treat boots with LederGris before storage - the oils and waxes will keep the upper supple
|
